Orthopaedic Center Pt Office Floater

The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated PT Office Floater. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The Office Floater will perform an array of duties including insurance verifying for assigned physical therapy clinics, working in the call center assisting with answering a high volume of incoming phone calls, and greeting and assisting with check-in and check-out duties of patients presenting for appointments. The Office Floater must be able to communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.

Education required: HS/GED

Knowledge of data entry and Excel preferred

Ability to communicate professionally, both oral and written for clear, legible messages

Pleasant, friendly demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and all incoming callers and insurance representatives

Must be able to use arms, hands and fingers skillfully

Must be agile and able to work efficiently in space limited areas

Consistently work at a productive pace

Must readily adapt to frequent schedule changes

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong customer service skills and problem solving

Outstanding organizational, verbal and writing skills

Independent and highly motivated

Initiative and self-discipline

Proven positive, "teamwork" attitude in work history
