L&D Trainer II — Hybrid, 6-Month Contract

Learning and Development Trainer II Pay Rate: $35.00 - $45.00/hour (on W2) Contract Length: 6 months Location: Windsor, CT 06095 (Hybrid) Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Overview The main function of a learning and development trainer is to conduct training and development programs for employees. This person is responsible for collecting information, conducting research, and editing training materials and programs Responsibilities Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness. Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills. May assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or consultation with managers. Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials. Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures. Requirements Associates degree 2-4 years of experience (a little but training experience) SAP- preferred but not required Basic training skills Verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Customer service and interpersonal skills.
