What You'll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings to build products to specification.
• Layout, fit, and assemble metal components prior to welding.
• Perform MIG (GMAW) and FCAW welding on mild steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized materials.
• Grind, finish, and polish welds to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Operate overhead cranes, hoists, jib cranes, and forklifts to safely move materials throughout the facility.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Previous welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Experience with MIG and/or FCAW welding processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to safely work with metal fabrication equipment and material handling equipment.
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waynesboro, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
