Responsibilities: Day‑to‑day treatment includes individual treatment sessions in clinic and in home. Weekly department/company meetings and supervision meetings. Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or a GED equivalent and be able to provide picture copies. Bilingualism is not required but preferred. Must be able to acquire an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
