As an associate recruiter, you will: Partner with client organizations to understand the needs of your search project Work closely with our internal research team to formulate a search strategy and a target list Source and qualify prospective candidates Manage the day-to-day recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience Alongside the practice leader, provide clients with professional market consultation Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers Drive closing process, including offer and negotiations Ideal Candidate 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, sales, or recruiting role Ability to analyze and solve complex problems Competitive nature Goal oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Base salary plus commission plan.
