Title: Driver Program: City Beets Kitchen Salary: $20.079 per hour

Program Description: Must be able to deliver products in a safe and timely manner to all clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties of the Driver include but are not limited to the following activities:

• Needs to operate a truck/van safely and in compliance with motor vehicle laws at all times.
• Be able to complete all assignments when required.
• Being able to route re-assignments and changes in daily schedule: accept and comply with operational changes to attain greater efficiencies.
• Able to constantly communicate information about the route to the Fleet Manager (especially events that could impact pick-up or delivery of food or completion of route schedule)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of one year of experience working directly with psychiatrically disabled or addicted individuals
• Experience providing recreation to this population extremely important
• Knowledge of case management databases and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
