Job Description Our Occupier Services business facilitates the real estate needs of large national and multinational occupiers. Join our team as a Leasing Manager and deliver unrivalled leasing services to our client who has a national footprint. Based in North Sydney, you will utilise your effective relationship management and leasing expertise to meet retail leasing requirements for our client. Key Responsibilities Delivery of leasing services to clients as per client contract Successful lease renewals and reduced rental negotiations Ongoing client relationship management Increasing the average tenure term across the portfolios Increasing the security and utility of tenure Achieve significant operational savings for our client by negotiating longer lease durations Qualifications Strong background in retail leasing transactions including dealing with major landlords. Ability to negotiate lease clauses. Property management experience; retail, commercial and industrial. Excellent communication and client relationship skills, particularly in liaising with major corporate clients.
