Service Areas: Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, Sanibel, Punta Gorda, Immokalee, Naples

Pay Range: $30–$35/hour

Position Overview: We are seeking experienced RN/LPNs to provide skilled 1:1 pediatric homecare across multiple locations in Southwest Florida. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available for nurses who are confident, reliable, and experienced in high-acuity care.

Required Experience:

• Pediatric homecare experience required
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
• G-Tube
• Tracheostomy (Trach)
• Ventilator (Vent)
• No new grads at this time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled, compassionate 1:1 care in the home setting
• Perform and manage G-tube, trach, and/or ventilator care
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes appropriately
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to ensure quality care

• Active RN or LPN license in Florida (Compact license accepted)
• Reliable transportation

• Pediatric homecare g-tube, trach or vent experience required.
