Job Summary
Medical Surgical Nurse** Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown, PA. This position involves providing patient care in a trauma, ortho, surgical, and urology setting within a 44-bed adult unit. The role requires managing a patient ratio of up to 7:1 and supporting post-operative care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Certifications: EPIC experience, ability to manage a 7:1 patient ratio, trauma care.
• Education Requirements: Must pass a dysrhythmia and math of dosage test with the education department prior to working on the unit.
• Location Requirements: Candidates must be 60 miles or greater from the facility.
• Years of Experience: 0 years minimum.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The unit is adult-focused with a patient population including trauma, ortho, urology, colorectal, and surgical patients. The nurse must be flexible, friendly, and willing to work varied shifts, including at least 2 weekends per schedule and no facial piercings other than a nose stud. Proper attire and professional appearance are required.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be able to start by 10/11/2026, with a commitment through 01/10/2027, and be cleared through standard background and fingerprinting processes.
