Certified Nurse Assistant Trainee
Job Summary:
Carriage Inn of Steubenville is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant Trainee to join our healthcare team in Steubenville, Ohio . As a Certified Nurse Assistant Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment, with the goal of becoming a certified nurse assistant (CNA). Responsibilities:
• Assist experienced nursing staff with daily non-direct patient care activities, including passing ice, answering call lights, passing trays, etc.
• Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and compassionate care environment
• Participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
