Overview This is a full-time, on-site position based at the following location. Candidates must be able to live within a two-hour driving distance of KILG. Compensation $115,000 - $130,000 annually, based on experience. Applicants must have previous Pilatus PC-24 operating experience. Candidates without prior PC-24 experience will not be considered. Position Summary flyADVANCED is seeking an experienced Pilatus PC-24 Second in Command (SIC) to support a dedicated aircraft operation based in New Castle, Delaware. The SIC is responsible for assisting the Pilot in Command in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, regulatory compliance, and customer service. The successful candidate will operate as part of a safety-focused flight department supporting a dedicated PC-24 operation. Key Responsibilities Assist the Pilot in Command during all phases of flight operations Operate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures Maintain strict adherence to the flyADVANCED Flight Operations Manual (FOM), Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and manufacturer procedures Conduct preflight planning, aircraft inspections, and performance calculations Monitor aircraft systems and maintain situational awareness throughout flight operations Coordinate effectively with the Pilot in Command to ensure safe and efficient mission execution Provide a professional and welcoming experience for owners and passengers Communicate maintenance discrepancies and operational concerns in a timely manner Complete all required flight, operational, and maintenance documentation Maintain training, qualifications, and regulatory currency requirements Perform additional duties as assigned by Flight Operations management Required Qualifications Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Rating (ATP preferred) Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time Valid U.S. Passport with ability to travel internationally without restrictions Ability to obtain required airport authority and TSA clearances Ability to reside within two hours of KILG Professional Expectations Strong commitment to safety and standardization Excellent crew resource management and communication skills Professional appearance and customer-service mindset Ability to adapt to changing schedules and operational requirements Strong decision-making ability and sound aeronautical judgment Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Professional training and development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr flyADVANCED Aviation Group
