Circulate in the operating room, assist with patient positioning, prepping and draping, and ensure accurate instrument counts as part of the surgical team. Monitor patient status intraoperatively and in the immediate recovery period; respond promptly to changes in condition. Maintain sterile technique, manage equipment and room readiness, and support efficient room turnover. Administer medications and interventions as ordered within scope of practice; document care accurately. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiology staff, and other team members; uphold patient safety, privacy, and evidence-based practice. Requirements Current, active RN license in Georgia. Perioperative nursing experience or demonstrated capability in perioperative care (preferred). Ability to work 3×12-hour shifts in a perioperative environment. Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to patient safety and high-quality care.
