Do you love making people smileand maybe have a knack for making mealtimes extra special? We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Dietary Aide to join our Long-Term Care team!
What You'll Do
- Help prepare and serve delicious, resident-friendly meals
- Provide warm, courteous service to our residents
- Keep dining and kitchen areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist with meal setup, trays, dishes, and kitchen duties
- Help create a positive and enjoyable mealtime experience for our residents
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and a willingness to help
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous dietary or food service experience is a plusbut we're happy to train the right person!
Physical Demands
The essential functions of this position require the following physical abilities: Standing and/or walking very frequently. Sitting occasionally. Reaching with hands and arms frequently, pushing/pulling very frequently. Talking and/or hearing very frequently. Tasting and/or smelling very frequently. Lifting up to 50 pounds frequently. Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally. Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception in vision: ability to adjust focus.
