Registered Nurse NICU

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced NICU RN to provide specialized neonatal care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care to fragile neonatal populations on a 12-hour day shift.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess and monitor neonatal patients to ensure clinical stability and identify adverse conditions promptly.
  
  
• 
  Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with facility protocols.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Educate families on neonatal care, discharge procedures, and ongoing health needs.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate patient documentation and report significant changes to attending physicians.
  
  
• 
  Follow infection control procedures and uphold facility policies to ensure a safe environment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid state RN license required at the time of submission.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of neonatal intensive care experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Current BLS, NRP, and appropriate certifications required.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong clinical assessment skills.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate compliance with COVID vaccination and travel requirements.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
