Description: The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience. Candidates must have previous charge experience, which is preferred. A patient ratio experience of 5 is expected. Candidates must be experienced with charting systems and have required experience with EPIC. Community Client experience is preferred, as well as LTAC and Trauma Level experience. Travel experience is required. The following skills are essential: Accessing and managing ports Administration of chemotherapy Aneurysm repair Arterial line management Bariatric surgery BiPAP/CPAP management Blood product administration Chest tube management Continuous bladder irrigation Caring for ventilated patients Central line care and management Epidural analgesia Feeding tube care and management Managing cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration Monitoring telemetry Post-operative care for cardiac and neurosurgery patients Procedural sedation administration and monitoring Tracheostomy care and management Wound care and management All candidates must be able to float to various units as necessary, based on patient care needs. This position emphasizes teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment.
