LEAR CORPORATION is seeking a Fastening Engineer Lead in Southfield, Michigan. This role involves driving torque standards and supporting multiple plants across North America. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in fastener engineering, excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
