About Our Agency: I opened my first agency in 2013 and expanded into my second location in 2020. Today, I have a team of five, and we continue to grow steadily. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in financial services, which helped shape the way I approach customer care and running a business. I'm a single mom with two teenage sons, and I hold a BBA in Finance. Community is also a big part of who I am—I stay very connected to the Vietnamese community and love being involved wherever I can make a positive impact. I offer partial health coverage and licensing reimbursement, and our office environment is truly family-oriented. We care about each other, support one another, and enjoy regular team outings. Responsibilities: Communicate With Customers To Understand Their Needs And Provide Available Product Information, Assist In Developing Relationships With New And Existing Customers Across Multiple Product Lines, Support Daily Office Operations, Including Documentation, Scheduling, And Follow-Up Activities, Participate In Marketing Efforts To Promote Awareness Within The Community, Maintain Accurate Records And Ensure A Consistent Customer Experience, Collaborate With Team Members To Achieve Office Objectives

Qualifications: Effective Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Strong Organizational Abilities With Attention To Detail, Comfortable Working In A Fast-Paced Environment, Prior Experience In Customer Service, Business Support, Or Insurance Preferred, Must Possess Or Be Able To Obtain Necessary State Insurance Licenses, Bilingual Vietnamese Or Spanish Preferred

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 Per Year
