• Optimal Patient Volume: 1.0 FTE consists of 35 patient contact hours, providing a manageable pace with dedicated time for clinical excellence.

• Flexible Scheduling: Choose between a  four- or five-day workweek with full-time and part-time opportunities available; no late nights or weekends.

• Advanced Efficiency Tools: Integrated  Epic EMR ,  DAX Copilot (AI ambient sensing), and Dragon dictation tools significantly reduce charting time and administrative burden.

• Team-Based Model: Join a collegial group of 2 Physicians and 2 APPs supported by a robust nursing, administrative, and specialty infrastructure.
