Underwriting Governance Lead for AI-Driven Rules
Selective Insurance
Selective Insurance seeks a senior leader to design, implement, and govern enterprise underwriting guidelines. You will own the governance framework, ensure currency and accessibility, and coordinate with underwriting practices, QA, IT, product, and operations to keep the authoritative knowledge base accurate and aligned at scale. You will drive automation alignment, LOA administration, and governance training, enabling reliable AI-driven underwriting and model usage across the organization.
