This role requires an individual who thrives in structured, process-driven work, can maintain accuracy while performing redundant tasks for extended periods, and consistently meets tight deadlines. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to process large volumes of data accurately and efficiently. Success in this role requires someone who is comfortable performing repetitive work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and turnaround time are critical. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities Perform extremely high-volume, repetitive data entry with a strong focus on speed and accuracy Meet strict daily and weekly processing deadlines while maintaining quality standards Prioritize and manage multiple data entry requests in a deadline-driven environment Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Follow established processes and procedures with consistency and attention to detail Requirements Required Qualifications Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or data entry preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced work environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated experience performing high-volume data entry in a professional environment Proven ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of information Sense of urgency and ability to meet aggressive deadlines with minimal supervision Ability to remain focused and productive while completing repetitive tasks throughout the workday Technical Requirements Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including: Data organization and formatting Use of formulas and functions VLOOKUP (required) or similar lookup functions Ability to manage and analyze large datasets with accuracy Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and reference check as part of onboarding Must be authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application
