Pizza Maker Responsibilities: Making pizza and salads as ordered accurately and promptly. Preparing all items in a safe and sanitary manner. Ensuring guest satisfaction with every item made. The results of my work: The pizza-maker position creates a next level food experience for each guest. Each item is prepared with the guest experience in mind. Guests are happy they chose Dewey's when they eat an item I made for them. Performance behaviors: Moves with urgency Knows how to shift gears Really knows the recipes & can make items efficiently and accurately. Is a great teammate Takes initiative Has a great attitude Asks what's next Anticipates the needs of our guests Is "always" learning Is accountable, doesn't make excuses Practices excellent sanitation and cleanliness Dewey's Pizza
