About the Role:

Devshiv LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our team in Frederick, MD. Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily accounts
• Manage front desk operations during overnight shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Balance and verify daily revenue reports, cash drawers, and credit card transactions
• Prepare and distribute daily financial reports for management review
• Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the property overnight
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth morning operations

Requirements:

• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
• Strong math and accounting skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required
