We’re seeking an organized, patient‐focused Patient Service Coordinator for a 13‐week contract assignment in a healthcare setting. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for patients, families, and clinical teams—helping ensure a positive, efficient, and well‐coordinated patient experience.

Monday–Friday
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
No weekends

What You’ll Do
Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with professionalism and compassion
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments, procedures, and follow‐up visits
Manage patient check‐in/check‐out and ensure accurate demographic and insurance information
Maintain and update patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and clinical staff to support care coordination
Answer patient questions and address concerns in a timely and respectful manner
Assist with referrals, authorizations, and coordination of services as needed
Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and report preparation
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required (associate degree or healthcare coursework preferred)
Previous experience in a healthcare, medical office, or patient‐facing administrative role preferred
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with computers, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced healthcare environment
Professional, compassionate, and patient‐centered approach
