Serving as the primary contact for Medicaid providers and members, the full-time North Dakota Licensed Pharmacy Specialist will manage pharmacy claims processing remotely, ensuring timely access to medications by troubleshooting issues and collaborating with pharmacies across North Dakota. Key responsibilities Process and troubleshoot pharmacy claims for Medicaid providers and members Collaborate with pharmacies to resolve claims issues and ensure accurate reimbursements Enter authorizations for medications and prepare reports for stakeholders Required qualifications Completion of some college coursework or a licensed pharmacy technician certification At least 4 years of experience in submitting or processing pharmacy or medical claims Proficiency in navigating pharmacy software and troubleshooting technical issues
