Litigation Counsel

Large, multistate retail company with headquarters in Greater Houston, TX seeks L&E litigation in house counsel with 2-4 years of employment litigation and commercial dispute experience. On site position. Travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Counsel on litigation matters involving employment disputes, commercial litigation; work with outside counsel on trial matters
- Advise and support counsel and executives on relevant statutes including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, ADEA; work with the EEOC
- Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required
- Taking preemptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts
Qualifications
- J.D. qualified to practice law in TX
- Ability to travel as needed
- 2-4 years of strong tenure within the practice areas described
- Strong tenure required
- Top grades and experience required
Compensation
Company offers top in-house compensation with traditional benefits and bonus. VERY competitive pay range. Lots of upside!
