Description: Inpatient Pharmacist- Children's Hospital Pharmacy

We are open to candidates with inpatient pharmacy experience that have had some exposure to children's and women's health. We could have them staff clinically, in relevant clinical areas, or operational in our dispensing pharmacy (Pharmacist in Charge, sterile processing) based on experience and competence levels. Min 3 years experience - PGY1 training (we could that as 3 years experience) or 2-3 years experience if not residency trained. Inpatient / Acute care experience required. RPh required, PharmD preferred.

Travel Compliance

• RTO - we can auto approve up to 7 days for auto offers
• If traveler has any vacation plans during the period between sign date and start date, this must be communicated to the AM at the time of submission to ensure a realistic start date may be requested.
• 2 years required for submission (within specialty submitting to)
• We will still sub 1.5 Yrs if Level I or travel exp
• CT License takes 15-21 business days to issue. Candidate must apply prior to submittal and start date should allot for the license to issue.
• Local candidates NOT accepted. Candidate is considered local if they are within 75 miles of hospital site.
• 1 Reference Required
• Return Staff Policy (must be gone 2 yrs to return as traveler)
• Modules: Modules are non-billable RN: 4 hours Allied: 1 hour Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and vary by specialty
