Key Responsibilities

• Prepare our craft cocktail menu with precision and creativity
• Assist in developing seasonal craft cocktails to enhance our offerings
• Present menu items confidently, providing recommendations and answering guest questions
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery with proper presentation
• Monitor guest satisfaction, offering timely refills and attentive service
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list, and specials for expert guest guidance
• Keep the dining and bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize revenue
• Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and service
• Perform opening and closing duties for the bar area with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Proven experience as both a server and bartender with a passion for mixology. We want to hire top end professionals
• Strong knowledge of spirits, recipes, techniques, and flavor balancing
• Ability to eloquently discuss wine and cuisine to engage and excite guests
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professionalism and diplomacy in dealing with diverse clientele
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
