Job Summary and Responsibilities The MRI Imaging Specialist will perform various imaging procedures as directed by a physician, ensuring quality patient care within a diagnostic and therapeutic environment. What You Will Do in This Role Support and streamline the operations of the MRI department. Work closely with the MRI Supervisor to manage daily activities, balancing budgetary constraints, equipment needs, and quality improvement while providing exceptional care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Apply knowledge of growth and development principles to assess patients' specific needs across all age groups. Deliver compassionate and holistic care, respecting the rights and dignity of every patient. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an Accredited Radiology Technologist program. Certifications/Licenses: Current Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). MRI registered or must obtain within 6 months of hire. American Heart BLS (Basic Life Support). Experience: One year of experience preferred.
