Responsibilities:

• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation and follow-up activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good phone voice, comfortable talking to customers.

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
