Role Description This full‑time, on‑site B2B / Event Sales and Promotions role is based in San Diego, CA. The individual in this role will prospect and engage customers and represent the brand’s products and services, and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include coordinating and promoting live events, supporting event setup and execution, and ensuring brand messaging is delivered clearly and consistently. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, gathering feedback from events, and collaborating with internal teams to refine campaigns. This position requires regular in‑person interaction with clients, event partners, and attendees. Qualifications Strong Sales skills with experience in B2B outreach / lead generation / closing deals. Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport, handle inquiries, and represent the brand professionally. Event Management and Event Planning experience to organize, coordinate, and execute on‑site promotions and activations. Ability to work on‑site in San Diego, CA, including occasional evenings or weekends for events. Proven ability to meet targets, manage multiple projects, and work both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with fast‑paced, field‑based work and interacting with diverse audiences. Prior experience in marketing, promotions, or field sales is preferred.
