Base pay range $50.00/hr - $55.00/hr Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on legacy replacement systems and workflow development projects Customer‑centric: Passionate about understanding and addressing customer needs. Innovative: Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Detail‑oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and excellence. Ability to work closely with multiple subject‑matter experts. Ability to create clear and concise documentation. Ability to multi‑task and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to facilitate JAD sessions and one‑on‑one meetings with users, work independently on strategic issues with stakeholders, effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexity, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure. Ability to define test scenarios and conditions, create test plans, and facilitate testing according to plan in support of UAT. Experience working in pension administrations.
