Why You'll Love This Role Earn up to $320,000 annually in a full-time schedule with approximately 5 weeks off Flexible scheduling options including full-time, 26 weeks per year, or arrangements in between Competitive 1099 compensation model Hourly compensation ranging from $135–$175 per hour , based on experience No call responsibilities Weekday-focused schedule with optional Saturday cases Opportunity to increase earnings through additional hours Support available for LLC setup and business structuring Practice in a low-stress outpatient environment with healthy patient populations Work with a collaborative team and highly regarded surgeons Your Day-to-Day Provide anesthesia services in a high-volume outpatient surgical center Independently manage anesthesia care for cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures Care primarily for healthy ASA I–II patients Support procedures including: Body contouring surgeries Facial plastic surgery procedures Combination cosmetic surgeries Select spine procedures Bariatric procedures Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, and the broader perioperative team Adjust scheduling and availability to align with surgical volume fluctuations What We're Looking For Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist ( CRNA ) Active Texas CRNA licensure or eligibility for Texas licensure Strong independent anesthesia practice experience Ability to work autonomously and confidently manage cases Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to accommodate varying surgical schedules Excellent professional references Ready to Apply?
