• Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor project outcomes, providing regular reports to clients and upper management.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to contribute to Demo Corp's growth and product enhancement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business consulting, project management, or a related field. Experience in a client-facing role is highly desirable.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Proven track record of creatively solving complex business challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
