COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Physical Therapist (PT)
- Up to $105,000 Total Compensation (Salary + Bonus, Commensurate with Experience)
- Up to $10,000 annual performance bonus paid quarterly
- Signing Bonus (negotiable) paid out first paycheck
- Relocation (negotiable)
- Funding available for CME
- $1,000 annual Continuing Education allowance
- Practice-wide Continuing Education Program with up to $50,000 toward professional development including fellowships and advanced certifications, available by application

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Physical Therapist (PT)
- Clinic Director Opportunity
- Outpatient clinic with an Orthopedic focused patient population
- Enjoy an optional 4-day work week with an excellent work-life balance
- Dedicated time for quality patient care
- 60-minute evaluations with 30 minutes follow-ups
- Opportunity to establish and grow a smaller clinic while providing exceptional patient care with autonomy
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Physical Therapist (PT)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Experience in OP setting a plus – manual therapy knowledge and experience.
- Seeking a team-oriented clinician with a passion for patient care and leadership skills
