Our Recruiting Coordinator is accountable for:

• Greet candidates and visitors at the front desk, creating a welcoming environment.
• Answer high-volume phone lines and provide information about available job opportunities.
• Direct candidates to appropriate recruiters and start them in the recruiting process.
• Support completion of candidate paperwork and documentation, including data entry in Bullhorn, uploading transcripts, and maintaining the Excel tracker.
• Proactively communicate any delays or gaps in the onboarding and screening process to recruiting, on sites and onboarding/screening team, managers as needed.
• Host oral-swab drug tests and assist with I-9s as onboarding responsibilities.
• Send, respond to, and track candidate text communications via Sense.
• Document and follow up on candidate office visits, maintaining clear and accurate records.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across multiple systems, trackers, and candidate interactions.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• Minimum of 1 year of administrative or customer service experience in a business environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with candidates
• Proficiency in using technology (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process compliance
• Openness to learning, adapting, and collaborating as branch workflows change
• Comfort working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools preferred
• Location: Florence, KY office
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM 

Base pay range for this position is $18.64 – $25.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
