Night Shift Lead

Night Shift Lead (11PM-7:30am) is a full-time, on-site role based, five days per week, weekend shifts required, typically two weekends per month with an additional day off during the week.

• Facilitate secretarial responsibilities and oversee clerical operations. Support patient care and provide clerical, environmental, and customer service support for the patient care unit.
• Responsible for supervising and providing guidance in support of night shift operations, coordinating staffing and workflow, and ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to hospital policies.
• Tasks include monitoring patient flow, resolving or escalating patient and visitor concerns, supporting staff with resources and direction, and documenting shift activities for effective handoffs.
• Collaboration with ED clinical and administrative staff, nursing leadership and other department leaders on shared responsibilities and projects is expected.
• Training new employees along with auditing registration and transportation on shifts.

Salary Range: $21.23 - $28.66 an hour The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
