Job Summary A Facilities Coordinator opportunity is available in Las Vegas, NV for an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience supporting daily facility operations, maintenance coordination, vendor communication, and workplace efficiency. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily facility operations, maintenance requests, repairs, and service scheduling. Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure work is completed accurately and on time. Monitor facility conditions, office supplies, workspace needs, and general operational support requirements. Help ensure compliance with safety standards, workplace procedures, and facility‑related regulations. Support space allocation, equipment needs, and employee facility‑related requests. Maintain accurate records related to maintenance activity, vendor services, supplies, and facility projects. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year. Job type: Temp-to-Hire. Location: Las Vegas, NV.
