POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer (NOC L1/L1.5) to monitor network performance and support network operations within the Network Operations Center department, reporting directly to the Director of Network Infrastructure. The successful candidate will drive technical operational support to solve complex infrastructure challenges by monitoring network performance, troubleshooting routing and switching issues, and maintaining secure network environments.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to routing protocols and switch configurations. | Optimize routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP. Implement and maintain VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, and other Layer 2 technologies. Ensure network security by applying best practices and performing regular audits. Maintain documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting guides while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and upgrades. Provide technical support and resolve network-related incidents while planning and executing firmware upgrades and patch management.
