Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients in the operating room. Assist with anesthesia, surgical preparation, and instrument tracking. Maintain patient safety and perioperative protocols. Use electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license, state of Illinois. Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience. Proficiency in EMR systems. Strong communication and organizational skills. Valid SSN and DOB, two references from last 12 months. Employment Details Start date: 6/8/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. 40 hours per week (10‑hour shifts). Travel assignment. Pay based on 10‑hour shifts: $2,420.00 – $2,569.00 (subject to change).
