Rooster Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Registered Nurse to join a well-established Skilled Nursing Facility in Bennington, VT as a Unit Manager for a Subacute / High-Dependency Unit .

• Active  RN License We help with reciprocity

• Minimum 1 years of Long-Term Care experience

• Prior leadership or management experience preferred

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team as an RN Registered Nurse

• Oversee and coordinate care for all residents on the unit

• Conduct weekly wound and skin rounds

• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

• Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs)

• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain high standards of care as an RN Registered Nurse

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
