Team Member Summary:
The Team Member is responsible and accountable for performing specific tasks and duties assigned within the Restaurant including Guest Service, Food Prep, Restaurant Cleanliness, and Teamwork.
Team Member Job Expectations:
The Team Members will work productively in a fast-paced environment, maintain a fast speed of service, interact with Guests, work closely with other Team Members to complete tasks, follow all safety and security procedures, and conduct other duties assigned by the Restaurant Management Team.
Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated Qdoba Mexican Eats franchise, with locations in WI, IL, and IA. Celebrating 24 years in business, based in Milwaukee, and currently operates 58 locations within the territory, making us the largest Qdoba franchisee nationally. In September of 2021, a Master Development Agreement was signed to bring 14 Dave's to Wisconsin over the next 6 years thus ushering in a new chapter of exciting growth for Roaring Fork Restaurant Group!
Our company operates under the core philosophies of service and results in orientation, integrity, personal accountability, and commitment. The purpose of Dave's Hot Chicken is to "serve mind-blowing Hot Chicken to the world, turn Guests into Fans, and create opportunities for our Teams and Partners everywhere".
