We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team in a commercial modular construction environment. This position is responsible for installing and completing plumbing systems within modular units, from initial rough-in through final fixture installation and testing.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production-focused environment. This role requires the ability to work closely with other trades while maintaining high standards for safety, workmanship, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and connect plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and vent lines within modular units.
- Measure, cut, fit, and secure various types of piping, including PVC, CPVC, PEX, and related materials.
Install and connect plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and commercial plumbing components.
- Perform pressure testing and other inspections to verify proper installation and system performance.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and make necessary adjustments to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Read and follow blueprints, plumbing plans, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with electricians, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure plumbing systems are properly integrated.
- Follow applicable plumbing codes, project specifications, OSHA requirements, and company safety procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe throughout the production process.
- Complete work accurately and efficiently while maintaining established quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and other project personnel.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid plumbing license or recognized plumbing certification required.
- Vocational, technical, or skilled trades training preferred; additional training may be provided.
- Working knowledge of plumbing systems, installation practices, and applicable plumbing codes.
- Ability to understand and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve problems independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude with a consistent focus on quality, safety, and productivity.
- Fluent English communication skills required.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in confined or restricted spaces for extended periods.
- Ability to work in elevated and hard-to-access areas when required.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools used in plumbing installation.
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions within a manufacturing and construction setting.
