Remote Clinical Pharmacist: Quality of Care & Adherence
MaziCTools
MaziCTools is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support quality measures for both Essential Plan and Medicare populations. The role involves outreach to providers and members, promoting medication adherence, and compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a pharmacy degree and be a licensed pharmacist. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and maintaining current knowledge of medical trends while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
