Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver crisis intervention support and immediate care for mental health emergencies, ensuring our patients' safety and stability.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage actively in team meetings and case consultations to enhance clinical decision-making and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving the geriatric population, which includes elderly individuals facing various mental health issues stemming from age-related vulnerabilities. Mental health counselors in this position will be encouraged to understand the complex interplay of physiological changes, social isolation, and cognitive decline that may affect our patients. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing mental health care is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
