Overview - Direct Hire

Join our printing manufacturing team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our facilities. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting with subsequent corrective actions, complete preventive maintenance, required modifications, hardware/software installation and setup on all production related equipment. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive on problem-solving, possess strong mechanical knowledge, and enjoy hands-on work that makes a real impact every day.

Schedule: 12 hour rotating schedule

Night Shift: 7pm-7am

Duties

• Perform, trouble-shoot, perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all mechanical, electrical/electronic and pneumatic production related equipment.
• Repair and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment, such as inserting equipment, conveyor systems, die cutters, digital presses, folders, bindery equipment etc. using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments..
• Interpret complex multiview drawings, sketches, wiring diagrams, manufacturers' specifications, and other technical material to isolate malfunctions in devices
• Move, relocate and perform setup of production equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in the maintenance and repair of conventional and automatic production line equipment.
• Completion of accredited basic electronic theory course or equivalent work experience
• Ability to use all type of tools which include but are not limited to: small hand tools, hand held drill motors and similar hand held electric and pneumatic power tools, precision measurement tools, milling and combination drilling presses, grinders and hydraulic/manual presses.
