Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work night shifts in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients in your care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.

Additional Information

• Overtime hours for any work beyond 40 hours per week will be compensated at a standard rate with an added remuneration.
• Holiday work will also be compensated at the standard rate with an additional remuneration.
• Shift length may vary, requiring flexibility in work hours; please note billing will be handled on an all-inclusive basis for designated shift lengths.
• Housing availability may be limited; assistance and options for temporary accommodations are recommended for relocation.
• Compliance documentation should be submitted in a complete batch to streamline credentialing processes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in a relevant clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying shift requirements and patient needs.
