ReceptionistWe are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Hurricane, WV. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.Provide general information to clients and visitors.Coordinate with other departments as needed to support office operations.Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.This position is based in Hurricane, West Virginia, ZIP code 25526. myDermRecruiter
