Job DescriptionBlueprint Mental Health is a growing, collaborative mental health practice led by experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Licensed Therapists dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. We are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality therapy and medication management services to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional wellness concerns.\n\nWe are currently seeking fully licensed therapists: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, and LMFT to join our expanding team in a part-time, fully remote W-2 position.This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, strong clinical support, and a healthy work environment where both clients and Therapists are genuinely cared for.\n\nOur Therapists receive established referrals through patients already connected to psychiatric medication management services, allowing for a steady flow of motivated clients ready for therapy and a supportive approach to treatment.
