Overview Payroll Specialist Salary: $78,000 to $85,000 Location: Beaverton, OR Why This Opportunity Stands Out Clear ownership of hourly payroll operations in a multi-state environment Exposure to incentives, commission, bonus, and off-cycle payroll Strong partnership with HR, Finance, and HRIS leadership Direct involvement in audits, controls, and compliance activities Opportunity to contribute to payroll process improvements and documentation Key Responsibilities Process end-to-end payroll for hourly employees across multiple states Manage off-cycle, manual, commission, incentive, and bonus payrolls Administer garnishments and wage attachments in compliance with regulations Prepare payroll reconciliations, audit support, and required reporting Qualifications 3 to 5 plus years of hands-on payroll processing experience Required experience using UKG for payroll and or time and attendance Multi-state payroll experience CPP or equivalent payroll certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
