What’s in it for you Schedule: Full Time – Required to have open availability and work various shifts. Specific shift and schedule information will be discussed during the interview process. Competitive hourly wage of $17.48–$19.02. Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld. Uniform provided at no cost. Responsibilities Monitor the premises to ensure security. Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity. Control access points and verify identities. Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security. Write detailed reports on events and incidents. Collaborate with authorities during serious situations. Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property. Oversee and support security officers during assigned shifts. Ensure all officers follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. Must have a valid Driver’s license. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must be at least 21 years old. Must ace (and pass) an extensive screening process. Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations. Responsive and strong problem solving skills. Shift Supervisor or Lead experience is required. Minimum 6 months of security experience is required. Military or law enforcement backgrounds are highly valued. Must have a CLEET license or the ability to obtain one.
